Windsor parade brings Christmas cheer at dusk

The Windsor Christmas Parade made its first appearance since the COVID-19 pandemic on Saturday, Dec. 3, returning successfully at dusk.
Rain had dampened the ground in town and left behind notable puddles during the day, but precipitation stopped in time for the 4 p.m. event.
“Following a two-year hiatus and faced with uncertain weather, we were happy with the turnout for the parade and greatly appreciative of all of the efforts made by volunteers, without which the parade would not have been possible,” Windsor Town Manager William Saunders said.
The theme for the parade was “We Believe in Windsor.”
