Georgie D. Tyler Day: All past and present students are asked to please join the congregation for the occasion on Sunday, Oct. 29 starting at 10 a.m. Cherita Holland Shears will be our guest speaker, and highlights will be shared by Principal Jessica Harden.

Pastor Emeritus Day: This will be observed on Sunday, Nov. 5, at 10 a.m. The Rev. J.J. Ferguson will be the speaker.

Franklin Congregational Church

Fall Bazaar: The Women’s Fellowship will host the event on Saturday, Oct. 28, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. There will be a bake sale, crafts, white elephant sale and lunch, the latter of which will include Brunswick stew, chili and other soups, hot dogs, barbecue, chips and desserts. The doors will open at 10 a.m. The church is located at 412 N. High St., Franklin.
