Girl Scout Troop 726, located out of Isle of Wight County, put together a basket for the first girl born on Oct. 31 at Sentara Obici Hospital. A troop news release noted that this annual tradition by the troop honors the birthday of Girl Scouts founder Juliette Gordon Low.
