Nine members of the Woman’s Club of Windsor met recently to “plant” the club’s pinwheel garden and children cutouts to bring attention to April being National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Wooden cutouts of children are included along with the sign and pinwheels. The club issued a special thanks to Jim Anderson for helping with the installation of the sign.
