The Windsor Town Council voted 6-0 on Dec. 10 to adopt its 2025 meeting schedule, which continues the council’s tradition of holding regular monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m.

Presented to the council by Town Manager William Saunders, the schedule includes regular meetings on Jan. 14, Feb. 11, March 11, April 8, May 13, June 10, July 8, Aug. 12, Sept. 9, Oct. 14, Nov. 11 and Dec. 9.

“I would recommend that you adopt this meeting schedule for 2025,” Saunders said. “And of course, it includes work sessions as needed on fourth Tuesdays and closed sessions as needed prior to the meetings.”

He was paraphrasing what was listed at the bottom of the schedule, where it stated, “Work sessions to be held as needed, typically starting at 6 p.m. on the fourth Tuesday (of the month). Closed sessions to be held as needed, typically starting prior to the regular meetings.”

Because the regular meeting date in November falls on Veterans Day, Windsor Mayor George Stubbs confirmed Friday, Jan. 3, that the listed Nov. 11 meeting date may be changed.

Unless otherwise posted, Town Council meetings are held in the Council Chambers at Windsor Town Hall, which is located at 8 E. Windsor Blvd.
