The State University of New York at New Paltz recently congratulated Caroline Tomlin, of Carrsville, for being named to the dean’s list for the spring 2023 semester.
A university news release noted that the dean’s list designation is reserved for SUNY New Paltz students who excel academically and earn at least a 3.3 grade-point average in a semester with a full-time course load.
Located in the heart of a dynamic college town, 90 minutes from metropolitan New York City, SUNY New Paltz is a highly selective college of about 8,000 undergraduate and graduate students.
“One of the most well-regarded public colleges in the nation, New Paltz delivers an extraordinary number of majors in business, liberal arts & sciences, engineering, fine & performing arts and education,” university officials stated.
