Sarah Aston, of Windsor, graduated with a bachelor’s degree in integrated science and technology from James Madison University during commencement exercises in December.

A JMU news release noted that Aston was among almost 900 students who received undergraduate and graduate degrees.

“Congratulations to all graduates and their families,” university officials said.

Founded in 1908, JMU is a public university located in Virginia’s Shenandoah Valley. The school features world-class faculty who drive education innovation and support advanced research. JMU also has the highest post-graduation job levels of all Virginia colleges.
