CARRSVILLE — Joseph Michael Stephens, 60, passed away surrounded by family and friends on Saturday, Aug. 11, 2018.

Mike was predeceased by his father, Joseph A. Stephens, and his mother, Louise Q. Stephens Blake.

He is survived by his dad, Bill Blake; daughter, Amanda Burkhardt; sons, Chris Stephens, Brooks Stephens and Hunter Stephens; his sister, Karla Cobb; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and other relatives.

In lieu of flowers, make donations to Paul D. Camp Baseball in care of Dave Mitchell.

The celebration of life service and visitation was in Parr Funeral Home & Crematory, Suffolk, on Thursday, Aug. 16, at 4 p.m.
